Victimisation

Treating someone less favourably than others because they have complained of discrimination or have helped someone else to do so

For example:
• Not permitting a member of staff who’d previously brought a complaint of discrimination to attend any further training.
• Allocating all of the boring and dull jobs to a member of staff who’d previously given evidence on behalf of a colleague who alleged discrimination.
