Disability related discrimination

Disability related discrimination (disability only)
When, for a reason related to a person’s disability, a disabled person is treated less favourably than other people to whom the reason does not apply, and this treatment cannot be justified.

For example:
• Not permitting a man to come into a restaurant because he has a guide dog and dogs are not permitted on the premises. (He has a guide dog because of his disability therefore not permitting him entry because of this is disability related discrimination).
